What's the Job?
Develop and maintain a comprehensive capacity and demand database for various manufacturing processes.
Collaborate with commercial teams and operations to ensure optimal resource utilization.
Support capital investment planning through detailed capacity and demand analysis.
Assist in product launch processes by verifying run at rate, standards analysis, and providing necessary support data.
Analyze manufacturing methods, processes, and materials to identify cost reduction opportunities and implement improvements.
What's Needed?
- B.S. Degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive manufacturing or a similar industrial environment.
- Proficiency in CAD and Excel for data analysis and process modeling.
- Experience with capacity planning, demand analysis, and project coordination.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
