Responsibilities
- Lead, facilitate and participate in cross functional process improvements – using data to identify the opportunities.
- Lead and implement site lean activities such as 5S, standard work, visual management, pace to takt, value stream mapping, Kaizen, and 8D to drive out waste and improve productivity.
- Develop detailed plans, drive project performance, and assure timely completion of improvement projects.
- Lead and track continuous improvement activities through all functional areas, coordinate, and communicate with Leadership, Supply Chain, Customer Order Services, and Procurement.
- Facilitating process excellence for new/changing businesses or issue resolutions. Responsibilities include leading/hosting conference calls and cross-functional meetings, follow-up with Operations Leadership, Systems, Transportation, Inventory Control, Hazmat Team, and the warehouses.
- Collect data, create reports, analyze data using SAP Analytics, SAP, and various data sources.
- Maintain/support existing SharePoint sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent industrial engineering experience.
- Knowledge of LEAN principles.
- Project management experience.
- Ability to multi-task and effectively manage own work priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.

- SAP, SAP Analytics for MS office, SharePoint, and Excel\MS Office experience.
