Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Leads and coordinates major industrial engineering projects, including new methods, plant layouts, equipment installations, capacity analysis, and manpower planning.
• Implements labor standards, ergonomic improvements, productivity enhancements, and standard labor cost construction.
• Applies product knowledge and problem-solving skills to improve efficiency and production capability for profitability.
• Provides plant operations with solutions for equipment layouts and plant capacities.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field.
• A minimum of 2 years of successful Industrial Engineer experience.
• Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
• Understanding of the DMAIC process for continuous improvement.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship (current or future).
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay

Base pay range: $70,900 to $99,300 per year, influenced by experience, skills, and location.

Schedule

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
