Responsibilities
- Leads and coordinates major industrial engineering projects, including new methods, plant layouts, equipment installations, capacity analysis, and manpower planning.
- Implements labor standards, ergonomic improvements, productivity enhancements, and standard labor cost construction.
- Applies product knowledge and problem-solving skills to improve efficiency and production capability for profitability.
- Provides plant operations with solutions for equipment layouts and plant capacities.
Requirements
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical field.
- A minimum of 2 years of successful Industrial Engineer experience.
- Proven problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership skills.
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Understanding of the DMAIC process for continuous improvement.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship (current or future).
- Must be at least 18 years old.

Pay
Base pay range: $70,900 to $99,300 per year, influenced by experience, skills, and location.
Schedule
Travel may be required up to 10% of the time.
