Industrial Engineer

About the role

As an Industrial Engineer at Four Seasons Produce, you'll analyze workflows, optimize operations, and implement solutions that improve productivity, reduce costs, and deliver high-quality results across our warehouse network.

Responsibilities

• Support the configuration and implementation of our Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Analyze workflows and design processes that improve efficiency, productivity, and quality
• Create dashboards, scorecards, and reports using Power BI and other tools
• Partner with Operations, IT, and warehouse teams to identify opportunities and implement improvements
• Evaluate new technologies and support continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with facility projects, including warehouse layout and AutoCAD designs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Experience with labor standards, time studies, and continuous improvement initiatives preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and warehouse management systems
• Warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing experience preferred
• Familiarity with WMS, LMS, and RF or voice-directed systems preferred
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
