Industrial Electrician - Second Shift

What You Will Be Doing

• Perform fundamental electrical installs for industrial packaging on a daily basis.
• Perform all duties related to industrial packaging for backup power.

Primary Responsibilities

• Working knowledge of basic electrical installation.
• Wiring AC & DC lights, 3-way switches, GFCI receptacles, Load Center.
• Bending and sizing of conduit, sizing of wire.
• Interpret current NEC codes.
• Interpret shop drawings.

Additional Responsibilities

• Participate in required safety program, and work in a safe manner.
• Additional duties as assigned by manager.

Schedule

3:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Who We Are Looking For

• Prior experience as an electrician in either the commercial or residential field.
• A strong sense of urgency and desire to provide superior customer service.
• The ability to take direction and work in a team environment.

Required Qualifications/Skills

• 3 years minimum experience as an electrician apprentice or journeyman as either a commercial or residential electrician.
• Ability to read a tape measure and compute basic math.

Preferred Qualifications/Skills

• A two year undergraduate degree from an accredited college preferred.
