Heavy Industrial Electrician Opportunity / $36-$40 Per Hour + $5,000 Sign On And Monthly Bonus / Amazing Benefits and Growth Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures to ensure that work is in accordance with relevant codes.
• Inspect electrical systems, equipment, and components to identify hazards, defects, and the need for adjustment or repair.
• Troubleshoot electrical problems, malfunctions, and breakdowns in machinery and equipment.
• Plan and execute preventive maintenance programs for electrical systems and machinery to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with other team members to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations, including wearing protective equipment and maintaining a clean work area.
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings to perform installation and repairs.
• Utilize PLC programming for automation and control of machinery.
• Provide training and guidance to junior electricians and other maintenance staff.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and resolve issues to minimize production downtime.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience with industrial, mechanic, maintenance, diesel, automotive, PLC, and electrician skills.
• Valid electrician license or certification.
• Extensive knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures.
• Proficient in the use of electrical diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and repair electrical problems.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and drawings.
• Proficient in PLC programming.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed.
• Willingness to work overtime and on-call as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in industrial electrical systems will be a plus.
