Industrial Electrical Technician

Responsibilities
- Work in a team-oriented and safety-conscious environment.
- Follow PJHA process, observation process, and comply with all company/site safety guidelines and procedures.
- Work independently without direct supervision.
- Use hand tools and operate heavy industrial equipment such as forklifts, scissors lifts, boom lifts, and skid loaders.
- Operate industrial powered vehicles (RTFL, Forklift, Aerial Lift, Scissor Lift).
- Install, repair, and maintain industrial electrical components and equipment.
- Calibrate and document functions related to flow measurement, level measurement, pressure, temperature, analytical instrumentation, and troubleshoot process control loops.
- Maintain compliance with all company/customer regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Meet physical requirements of the job.
- Perform accurate and timely administrative duties.
- Maintain positive customer and employee relations.
Requirements
- Ability to obtain State Journeyman Electrical License upon meeting state required qualifications.
- Experience: 5+ years of electrical and controls experience and/or 4+ years of education in Electronics or Industrial Electricity preferred.
- Current valid driver’s license.

Benefits
In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, Cushman and Wakefield provides eligible employees with competitive pay, which may vary depending on eligibility factors such as geographic location, date of hire, total hours worked, job type, business line, and applicability of collective bargaining agreements. The compensation for the position is: $35.70 - $42.00.
Pay
The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
Schedule
The work schedule is Tuesday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 5 PM.
