About the role

The Service Technician is responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to ensure the smooth operation of company equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues on company equipment
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, testing, and troubleshooting
• Document findings and provide recommendations for improvement
• Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 2 years of related experience in a technical support role
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
