Responsibilities
- Conduct user-centered research to understand consumer needs and design opportunities within bathroom environments.
- Generate innovative design concepts through sketching, rendering, and 3D modeling (digital and/or physical).
- Lead design projects from concept through final implementation, ensuring creative vision and functional goals are met.
- Ensure exceptional design quality and attention to detail in every aspect of the product.
- Build deep knowledge across product categories including medicine cabinets, mirrors, bathroom furniture, and lighting.
- Present design concepts clearly and persuasively to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Marketing, and Purchasing to ensure design intent is maintained throughout development.
- Contribute as a design leader within the New Product Development team, influencing multiple initiatives.
- Support the daily operations of the Industrial Design team, fostering innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial design.
- Strong aptitude for working with various design materials, mechanical principles, and diverse style aesthetics (traditional, transitional, and modern/contemporary).
- Minimum of two years of experience using SolidWorks or Fusion360.
- Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Demonstrated expertise in rendering, with strong experience using KeyShot or V-Ray to produce high-quality, photorealistic visualizations that effectively communicate design intent.
- A well-rounded portfolio showcasing design process, conceptual thinking, and CAD skills.
Skills
- Ability to work with various design materials, mechanical principles, and diverse style aesthetics (traditional, transitional, and modern/contemporary).
- Experience using SolidWorks or Fusion360.

Pay
The salary range for this position is $77,200 - $117,300. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
Schedule
This role is based in Onsite, four days per week – Bristol, PA.
