Industrial Construction Project Manager (Turnkey Project Delivery)

Key Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial construction project management.
• Experience managing industrial projects up to $10 million.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• PREFERRED: Experience in managing projects of varying sizes, from service and maintenance to large-scale, multi-disciplinary turnkey projects.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Strong time management abilities, with the capacity to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project management across multiple disciplines.
• Direct subcontractors and self-performed work.
• Develop and manage project schedules, including creating new schedules and updating existing ones.
• Handle administrative tasks and ensure efficient project execution using project management software.
• Ensure adherence to quality construction standards.
• Supervise compliance with building and safety regulations.
• Identify, assess, and proactively mitigate project risks.
• Adhere to standards and operating procedures, including compliance with ISO 9001:2015.
