INDUSTRIAL CONCRETE SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage on-site construction team
• Oversee all work on site
• Monitor and manage all aspects to keep job on schedule, in budget and accurate
• Set up jobsite office
• Provide on-site administrative and technical direction
• Safety implementation and compliance
• Legal posts/signage placement and maintenance
• Hire personnel
• Enforce company and project policies
• Manage equipment
• Order job site needs
• Rebar
• Embeds
• Anchor bolts
• Concrete
• Manage subcontractors
• Interface with clients
• Collect and compile data to report to Project Manager

Minimum Qualifications

• 3-5 years Industrial Concrete Superintendent Experience
• Comfortable and proficient with computers and software
• Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications and other documents
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detailed oriented and organized
