Techs are responsible for blending and compounding materials according to recipes and specifications. They also perform quality control checks and maintain equipment.

Responsibilities

• Blend and compound materials as per recipes and specifications
• Perform quality control checks on compounded materials
• Maintain and operate blending and compounding equipment
• Follow safety protocols and ensure a safe work environment

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in industrial compounding or similar field preferred
• Ability to read and understand technical documents and recipes
• Good physical condition to perform manual labor

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings

Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Knowledge of industrial compounding processes
