Full-Time | Paso Robles, CA | $45.00-$60.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses (Top Technicians Earn $100,000+ Annually)

You'll work on critical facilities including healthcare, manufacturing, data centers, oil & gas, and commercial buildings, giving you exposure to a wide variety of equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems
• Service chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and package equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
• Complete accurate service documentation
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Participate in an on-call rotation

Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial or industrial HVAC service experience
• EPA Universal 608 Certification required
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and with a team
• Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule
• Eligible to obtain a DoD-level security clearance
• NATE Certification is a plus
• HVAC Technical School graduate
• Experience with A2L refrigerants is preferred

• Full-Time | Monday-Friday
• Overtime & Rotating On-Call Schedule
