About the role
BMI-PacWest is expanding across California's Central Coast and is seeking experienced HVAC professionals to join their team. This position offers year-round work, advanced training, and long-term career opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems
- Service chillers, boilers, rooftop units, split systems, and package equipment
- Perform preventative maintenance and equipment inspections
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues
- Complete accurate service documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service
- Participate in an on-call rotation
Requirements
- 5+ years of commercial, residential, or industrial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal 608 Certification required
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Willingness to participate in an on-call schedule
- Eligible to obtain a DoD-level security clearance
- NATE Certification is a plus
- HVAC Technical School graduate
- Experience with A2L refrigerants is preferred

Skills
Commercial, residential, or industrial HVAC service experience, EPA Universal 608 Certification, excellent troubleshooting and communication skills, ability to work independently and with a team, willingness to participate in an on-call schedule, NATE Certification, HVAC Technical School graduate, experience with A2L refrigerants.

Pay
$45.00-$60.00 per hour + Performance Bonuses (Top Technicians Earn $100,000+ Annually)
