Responsibilities
- Ensure all calibration, survey, and required combustion maintenance records are maintained according to their prescribed requirements.
- Review all process control, calibration, survey, and combustion planned work orders for proper completion and/or noted issues that will require follow-up.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance as required to maintain combustion equipment to obtain optimal efficiency and product uniformity.
- Ensure combustion systems are being maintained within NFPA 86 and company compliance.
- Assist engineers and supervisors in formulating test, calibration, repair and evaluation plans and procedures to maintain equipment and problem solve process variation issues.
- Use various hardware and software technologies such as, but not limited to, Maximo, Oracle, Allen Bradley PLC-5, SLC-500, ControlLogix, Data Loggers, Calibrators, Infrared Cameras as tools to support craft functionality.
Requirements
- An Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Technical Degree or certificate equivalent with 1 year of applicable experience or 3 years’ applicable experience in an industrial or related setting with a technical background in industrial electrical, electromechanical, combustion and process control systems.
- Candidate will be required to successfully complete knowledge and skills assessments and participate in training initiatives to maintain and improve skills in required time frames.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to read, comprehend and interpret schematics, loop drawings, P&ID’s and other technical resource manuals.
- Self-motivated with strong problem solving skills capable of effectively and efficiently troubleshooting complex combustion, process control loops and other instrument device failures.
- Software knowledge base skills and the ability to perform calculations and conversions.
Skills
- Technical degree or certificate in Electrical or Electro-Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in industrial or related settings with a technical background in industrial electrical, electromechanical, combustion and process control systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex combustion, process control loops and other instrument device failures.
- Knowledge of software such as Maximo, Oracle, Allen Bradley PLC-5, SLC-500, ControlLogix, Data Loggers, Calibrators, Infrared Cameras.

Pay
$28.58 - $42.00/hour
Schedule
- 2nd shift Monday- Friday, 2pm-10pm
- 3rd shift Monday- Friday, 10pm-6am
