Job Summary

The Industrial Coatings Supervisor will lead our Paint and Finishing department. You will manage the team responsible for applying high durability finishes to our tactical vehicles, ensuring every unit meets Lenco's world-class quality and protection standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the paint and paint prep teams
• Manage inventory of paints, chemicals, and safety equipment (PPE)
• Ensure 100% compliance with EPA, OSHA, and environmental regulations
• Maintain coating thickness and quality to meet engineering specifications
• Train and mentor staff on proper application techniques and safety protocols
• Schedule workflow through the paint department to meet production deadlines

Requirements

• Extensive experience in industrial spray painting and coatings
• Prior experience leading or supervising a team in a production environment
• Strong understanding of paint chemistry, curing processes, and surface prep
• Knowledge of environmental regulations regarding paint and chemical disposal
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in industrial coatings or related field
• Valid driver’s license
