Industrial Branch Supervisor

Direct oversight of 3-5 associates
This position is designed as a developmental pathway to a Branch Manager Leadership role, offering direct experience in team leadership, operations, and branch management.

Responsibilities

• Manage branch performance, including sales, operations, and financials
• Support and grow a capable, engaged team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors
• Carry out local sales plans with attention to real customer needs
• Oversee pricing, inventory, and logistics to keep things running efficiently
• Help team members develop skills and prepare for future opportunities

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of sales, management and industrial experience preferred
• Comfort with financials and using data to guide decisions
• A collaborative, coaching-focused leadership style
• A track record of building team trust and consistency
• Clear, calm problem-solving—even when things move fast
• Familiarity with process improvement and day-to-day execution
• Insight into the local market and what matters to your customers

Pay

Pay Range: $24.86 - $37.31
Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles. This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
