About the role

The Industrial Automation & Reliability Technician position at Stoughton/STI Holdings is responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting industrial automation systems. Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial automation and reliability.
• Proficiency in using tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and programmable controllers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Experience with industrial automation systems, including PLCs, sensors, and programmable controllers.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills

• Proficiency in programming languages such as ladder logic and S7.
• Understanding of industrial networking protocols like Profibus and Modbus.
