About the role

Join our Secondary team for the 2026/2027 school year as a Middle School/High School ESL Teacher licensed in Industrial Arts. This is a 1.0 FTE position with weekly PLC meetings by department and highly-qualified teacher mentors in each content area.

Pay

Salary ranges from a minimum of $41,000 to a maximum of $90,568, commensurate with experience (Step/Lane structure attached).

Location and Community

PACT is located in Ramsey, Minnesota, a family-friendly community in Anoka County with a population of around 25,000. Ramsey is 25 miles northwest of Minneapolis-St. Paul and bordered by the scenic Mississippi and Rum Rivers.

  • Elementary campus: 7250 East Ramsey Parkway, adjacent to The Draw park, featuring an amphitheater, water feature, farmer’s market, concerts, and community events.
  • Secondary campus: 7729 161st Ave NW, near Central Park and St. Katharine Drexel Church.

The area offers extensive parks, trails, and rural character with easy access to U.S. Highways 10/169, State Highway 47, and the Northstar Commuter Rail.
