About the role

Constructs three-dimensional artworks in our concrete division, organizing work to meet fixed deadlines while utilizing a combination of mediums, methods, and techniques. The finished product may be abstract, realistic, or stylized, depicting objects, nature, people, or events. As an industrial artist, you will work with concrete to bring joy, color, and texture to the community through custom and standard concrete products. You will create childhood favorites on the playground by sculpting, painting, and shaping animals and structures.

Responsibilities

• Able to set up and tear down concrete equipment
• Rotate and cross-train into different internal positions (spraying, rolling, grouting, painting, welding)
• Able to communicate and work with other team members
• Mixing concrete formulations by following standard operating procedures
• Ability to operate overhead hoist – training on the job
• Required forklift certification – training on the job

Requirements

• Basic computer knowledge
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Flexible work schedule
• Previous experience a plus

Pay

The target hourly range is $20.00 - $25.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package includes eligibility for profit-sharing and a monthly bonus opportunity.
