Inductoheat, Inc. is leading the world in induction heating technologies. From advanced independent frequency and power inverters to digital process monitoring and SPC software solutions, Inductoheat is redefining the process of managing and owning your own induction heating equipment. We strive to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality for our customers through constant improvement and continuous innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement new induction heating solutions for various industries.
  • Provide technical support and training to customers on the use of Inductoheat’s equipment.
  • Conduct research and development on new induction heating technologies and applications.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate Inductoheat’s solutions into customer processes.
  • Perform process development and testing to ensure optimal performance and quality.
  • Work closely with metallurgists and other specialists to optimize induction heating processes.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in induction heating and heat treatment.
  • Strong knowledge of metallurgy and materials science.
  • Experience with process development and testing.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage and lead projects from concept to completion.
  • Experience with computer simulation and modeling tools.
  • Knowledge of electromagnetic theory and its application in heating processes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel as needed to support customer needs.

Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in MATLAB or similar software.
  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Knowledge of electromagnetic field analysis.
  • Experience with process control systems.
  • Strong understanding of heat transfer principles.

Pay

Commensurate with experience.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday.
