You will apply your psychology expertise to analyze case studies, develop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios, and evaluate AI-generated content for accuracy, ethics, and alignment with psychological best practices. No prior AI experience is required — your psychology expertise is what matters most. SENIORITY: PhD / Experienced Psychology Professional LANGUAGE: Indonesian — native or near-native; English — advanced Key Responsibilities Analyze and assess psychological case studies, documentation, and scenarios, providing expert feedback and insightsDevelop culturally sensitive psychological scenarios and materials in Indonesian and EnglishEvaluate AI-generated psychological content for accuracy, ethical considerations, and alignment with psychological best practicesReview psychological concepts across Indonesian and English to ensure linguistic and cultural accuracyCollaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide psychology-focused perspectives and recommendationsDocument evaluation processes, findings, and reasoning clearly and systematicallyIdentify cultural or linguistic nuances that may influence the interpretation of psychological contentProvide insights that help improve AI systems' understanding and generation of psychology-related content Requirements PhD in Psychology or a closely related psychology disciplineDemonstrated experience in clinical, academic, research, or applied psychologyNative or near-native Indonesian proficiencyStrong English proficiency, including the ability to communicate complex psychological terminology accuratelyStrong analytical and critical-thinking skillsExperience developing, reviewing, or evaluating psychological case studies, assessments, or research materialsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong ethical judgment and cultural sensitivity
