About the role

The Insurance Producer – Individual Coverage role at Inszone Insurance Services is responsible for building relationships and producing insurance sales. This is a full-time, onsite position.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with prospects – WE PROVIDE LEADS!
• Quote and sell policies
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners
• Follow up and see tasks thru to completion
• Appropriately document contact opportunities
• Act with professionalism, understanding the importance of both a sales and a services mindset

Qualifications

• Licensed – Active License required. Insurance experience necessary.
• Prior insurance producer experience in relation to the role required.
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
