About the Role

The Individual Consultant will develop an engaging online workshop designed to introduce NBI's new Community Social Engagement (CSE) Strategy to staff at its three centers. The workshop aims to empower staff to contribute to stakeholder engagement, which aligns with NBI's mission. The course will include practical exercises to help staff begin engaging with stakeholders in line with NBI's gender mainstreaming policy.

Responsibilities

• Develop an engaging online workshop that introduces NBI's new CSE Strategy to staff at its three centers.
• Empower staff to contribute to stakeholder engagement, supporting NBI's mission.
• Incorporate practical exercises into the workshop to facilitate staff engagement with stakeholders.
• Ensure the workshop design adheres to NBI's gender mainstreaming policy.

Requirements

• Experience in developing training materials and workshops.
• Knowledge of stakeholder engagement practices and policies.
• Strong understanding of gender mainstreaming principles.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in relevant field such as social sciences, development studies, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in stakeholder engagement and training.
• Experience working with international organizations or similar entities.

Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
