Indirect Purchasing Buyer- MRO
About The Role
Monitor Quality, Cost, Delivery (QCD) supplier relationship on your perimeter in line with QCD targets set by the Non Production Purchasing Network and in accordance with Compliance and Ethical rules of the Group.
- Propose and implement productivity actions in collaboration with the Segment Organization.
- Maintain your supplier panel and ensure supplier information recorded in the systems (PuMa, SAP) is updated and accurate.
- Perform RFQ, Consolidation, Negotiation, and Ordering Process in compliance with instructions and procedures set by the NPP Organization within the e-procurement system.
- Solve daily operational issues to meet internal customer needs, and liaise/escalate when needed to the appropriate contact within the NPP Network (SSC Manager, Segment Leader, etc.).
- Support and enforce the dematerialization process.
- Develop and support the usage of online catalogs where appropriate.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a similar and related field.
- 2+ years of experience in Purchasing.
- Experience within MRO (maintenance, repair, and operations) is preferred.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
