Responsibilities
- Create and manage strategic Indirect Procurement programs, e.g., Indirect Spend Reviews (“ISR”) review and approval, M&A integration, supplier diversity, and spend analytics
- Lead M&A integration activities that impact Indirect Procurement
- Manage and report monthly on ISR, Integration, Supplier Diversity, etc. KPIs and dashboards to Executives
- Standardize Indirect Procurement procedures and processes (Sourcing and PO processing) and train team members
- Manage sourcing activities in 1-2 indirect procurement categories (e.g., HR, MRO, Professional Services, T&E, or IT)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in indirect procurement process creation and management and Indirect sourcing
- Experience in driving change management and continuous process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in analytics software tools, Microsoft Office Suite, SAP Ariba
- Experience in Smartsheets, Microsoft Lists and Power Automate would be beneficial
