About the team
The Indirect Procurement team within Roku’s Operations organization is responsible for sourcing the goods and services that support the company’s day-to-day operations and long-term growth, including IT/SaaS, professional services, marketing tools, people tools, workplace services, and other corporate spend. The team leads strategic sourcing and supplier management across these categories to deliver competitive cost, strong commercial terms, reliable service, and effective risk management. Indirect Procurement partners closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Product, and other business teams to align sourcing decisions with company priorities, stakeholder requirements, and compliance standards. The team balances cost, service, speed, and risk in a fast-moving environment while helping the business scale efficiently.
About the role
Roku is seeking an Indirect Procurement Manager to lead strategic sourcing across key indirect spend categories, including IT/SaaS, professional services, marketing, facilities, and other corporate spend. This role owns category strategy, supplier selection, commercial negotiations, and contract lifecycle support, partnering closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and other stakeholders to reduce total cost, mitigate risk, and improve supplier performance.
What you'll be doing
- Own sourcing plans for assigned indirect spend categories, including supplier strategy, competitive bidding, and negotiation approach, to improve cost, reduce risk, and maintain service quality
- Manage end-to-end sourcing as requested, including business requirement intake, market analysis, RFx, supplier evaluation, negotiations, and contracting recommendations
- Build should-cost, benchmarking, and total cost of ownership models to evaluate suppliers and quantify commercial tradeoffs
- Manage and track supplier performance, renewals, and key commercial issues in partnership with internal stakeholders
- Partner closely with Legal, Finance, Engineering, Product, Marketing, and other teams to align sourcing decisions with business priorities, timelines, and compliance requirements
- Track and report savings, supplier performance, contract coverage, and procurement KPIs, while driving process improvements that increase speed, visibility, and control
