Your Impact
You’ll process indirect loan applications and funding packages accurately and within established service levels.
You’ll review loan documentation to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance with regulatory and internal requirements.
You’ll communicate effectively with dealerships and internal partners to resolve applications efficiently and maintain strong relationships.
You’ll support timely loan funding by identifying and addressing documentation or processing issues.
You’ll deliver a high-quality member experience through professional, timely, and empathetic communication.
You’ll maintain detailed and accurate records of loan activity and processing steps.
You’ll contribute to achieving departmental performance goals, including turnaround time and quality standards.
You’ll assist teammates during high-volume periods and share knowledge to support team success.
What You Bring
- A high school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in business, finance, or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in financial services, banking, lending, or customer service
- Direct experience in consumer or indirect lending preferred
- Knowledge of consumer lending principles, regulations, and credit union practices
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proficiency with loan origination systems, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and standard office equipment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to exercise sound judgment
- Ability to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to changing priorities
