Responsibilities

As a member of the Indirect Lending team, you may perform a variety of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

  • Acting as a point of contact for dealer partners; proactively following up on contract packages
  • Visiting dealer partners regularly to maintain strong relationships, provide updates, and gather feedback
  • Reviewing indirect contract packages for completeness and requesting any missing documentation
  • Completing the funding process after final approval
  • Providing seamless communication between our dealer partners and internal management

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree
  • One to three years of similar or related experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • A high attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel locally to dealer partner locations (must have a valid driver's license)

Schedule

This position follows a standard schedule of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. While occasional overtime may be required to provide top-notch member service, we value work-life balance and strive to limit it.
