Sales Representative

Transnort Transporte is hiring a Sales Representative to support leads, customer follow-up, account activity, CRM records, and sales coordination. This remote role focuses on transportation operations, logistics coordination, customer communication, scheduling, sales support, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support sales representative activity connected with transportation operations, logistics coordination, customer communication, scheduling, sales support, and documentation.
• Maintain accurate lead, prospect, customer, or account records in the company’s shared sales workflow.
• Complete approved outreach, follow-up, scheduling, or information-gathering tasks.
• Prepare quotes, meeting notes, customer information, or sales-support materials as assigned.
• Coordinate handoffs between prospects or customers and the appropriate internal owner.
• Prepare activity or pipeline updates that help the team manage follow-up consistently.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organization, and customer-service skills.
• Comfort learning CRM, email, spreadsheet, calendar, and web-based sales workflows.
• Ability to maintain accurate records while handling multiple follow-up tasks.
• Professional judgment in customer communication.
• For junior roles, customer service, retail, hospitality, campus, or internship experience can be transferable.
• A pre-employment background check is required.

Pay

Base salary: $63,000 - $73,000 per year
