About the role

IU Health Medical Group is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our experienced Gastroenterology team. This position is located in Fort Wayne, IN.

Schedule

• Full-time – Days
• 5-8-hour days or 4-10-hour days
• Monday – Friday – No Weekends
• No Call Schedule for now
• 100% Outpatient

Responsibilities

• Provide all encompassing GI care to both acute and chronic care conditions
• Patient Population: Located in Roanoke IN and will pull patients from surrounding counties

Qualifications

• FNP or PA Certification REQUIRED
• GI experience preferred but not required
• Desired Candidate: Commitment to the office/community, great communication skills and teamwork

Healthcare System
