About the role
IU Health Medical Group is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our experienced Gastroenterology team. This position is located in Fort Wayne, IN.
Schedule
- Full-time – Days
- 5-8-hour days or 4-10-hour days
- Monday – Friday – No Weekends
- No Call Schedule for now
- 100% Outpatient
Responsibilities
- Provide all encompassing GI care to both acute and chronic care conditions
- Patient Population: Located in Roanoke IN and will pull patients from surrounding counties
Qualifications
- FNP or PA Certification REQUIRED
- GI experience preferred but not required
- Desired Candidate: Commitment to the office/community, great communication skills and teamwork

Healthcare System
