Your Impact

Lead a design team to develop and design roadway projects for state and local clients.
Foster a team environment to ensure a high-quality level of work is being produced.
Develop and review plans and computations to ensure quality and accuracy of the design work and construction plans.
Responsible for various aspects of roadway design projects from conceptual phase to final design.
Coverage and distribution of discipline-specific work with team to adhere to project requirements, budget, and schedule.
Coordinate with counterparts from other disciplines on multi-disciplinary projects.
Aid in direct marketing efforts, including proposal writing, trade show/conference attendance.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program
  • 6+ years of experience in INDOT roadway design or local road design
  • Familiarity with design software such as MicroStation and OpenRoads
  • Indiana PE or the ability to obtain it within 6 months
  • Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
