Independent Sales Agent

Requirements

• 3+ years of work experience in Outside Sales.
• Proven sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and relationship management.
• Experience in freight forwarding, logistics, or transportation services, with familiarity in air, ocean, and land shipping solutions.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing abilities with a focus on consultative selling.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to operate independently as a contractor.
• Basic understanding of customs brokerage, cargo consolidation, and industry regulations is highly beneficial.
• Comfort using CRM tools, email, and standard office software to manage pipelines and reporting.
