Fresh Fruit 2 Go is seeking self-motivated 1099 Independent Contractors to build and grow established customer routes across the Southeast.

About the Role

As an Independent Route Owner, you'll manage an established route servicing convenience stores, gas stations, and travel centers with fresh fruit and complementary products. You'll have the freedom to manage your schedule while directly influencing your earning potential through exceptional customer service and route growth. Central North Carolina (Fort Liberty/Fayetteville Area)
Knoxville, Tennessee
Chattanooga, Tennessee
Birmingham, Montgomery, Dothan, Alabama
Atlanta, Athens, Columbus, Macon, Georgia
Jackson, Mississippi
South Alabama
Throughout Florida (Panhandle, Tallahassee, Ocala, Tampa, South Florida)

Pay

Commission-based compensation as a 1099 Independent Contractor. Most new Independent Route Owners earn the equivalent of $20–$30+ per hour, depending on route size, efficiency, and performance. Income grows as your route grows, with no cap on earning potential.

Schedule

Flexible work schedule, typically 2–4 days per week. Be home most nights.

Responsibilities

Manage an established customer route
Deliver and merchandise fresh fruit and complementary products
Build strong relationships with store managers
Maintain clean, attractive product displays
Monitor inventory and minimize product shrink
Complete basic invoicing and inventory records
Identify opportunities to grow sales within your territory
Represent Fresh Fruit 2 Go with professionalism and outstanding customer service

Requirements

Valid driver’s license
Current automobile insurance
Reliable vehicle (SUV, minivan, full-size van, or approved vehicle capable of transporting product)
Ability to lift up to 40 pounds repeatedly
Comfortable using smartphones, navigation apps, and basic technology
Android phone (Wi-Fi capable) for route invoicing application
Ability to accurately maintain inventory and invoices
Willingness to work as a 1099 Independent Contractor
