About the role

Independent medical sales reps with Hospital Capital sales experience are sought after for a unit focused on the destruction of "sharps" and HIPAA-compliant confidential document destruction.

Responsibilities

• Know the Hospital Sales Process (3+ months sales cycle)
• Address the complicated process of disposing sharps, bio-hazardous materials, and confidential documents
• Sell a system that sits in-house at hospitals, saving 20-30% or more by eliminating off-site hauling and processing
• Work with excellent reference accounts and be part of a growing industry
• Receive product training
• Call points may include Hospital CEO, COO, CFO
• Experience with sharps disposal, document destruction, and waste management is beneficial

Requirements

• Capital Equipment Sales Experience required
• Experience with extended sales process up to 3 months in the hospital setting

• Independent Medical Sales reps
• Medical product and healthcare related distributors and rep teams

Skills

• Knowledge of Hospital Sales Process
