Responsibilities

• Guide founders through equity fundraising strategy
• Prepare fundraising narratives, materials, and positioning
• Advisory on round structure, timing, and investor targeting
• Make warm introductions to angels, VCs, and LPs
• Support diligence, negotiation, and close processes

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience supporting capital raises

Qualifications

• Former or current investment bankers
• Fundraising consultants and placement professionals
• Venture partners and investor relations leads
• Operators with strong investor networks
• Licensed broker-dealers (where applicable)

Skills

• Strong communication skills
• Experience in startup fundraising
