Private Capital Advisor
The Opportunity
The right mixture of great ideas and funding can create change. In a complex organization, allocating funding to where it can be most effective can be challenging. That’s why we need you, a financial analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure the Department of War's (DoW) resources can make the most impact.
You Have
- 5+ years of experience with professional private capital
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel for financial analysis, and PowerPoint for executive and corporate-style presentations
- Experience facilitating working groups and driving consensus
- Experience with DoW organizational structures and staff procedures
- Experience with project leadership including a track record of delivering complex projects on schedule
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a Business, Finance, Economics, or Government field
- Nice if you have:
- Experience with private capital markets or mergers and acquisitions
- Experience in management advising, investment banking, or corporate strategy and development
- Ability to lead internal teams and hold others accountable to the mission
- Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills
- Strong business acumen and financial literacy
- Master’s degree
Clearance
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.
Compensation
Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD).

Work Model

- Onsite: If this position is listed as onsite, work will primarily be performed at a Booz Allen office or customer facility, where employees will collaborate directly with colleagues and customers as required by the role.
