About the role

We’re looking for a Full-Time Doctor of Optometry to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an independent practitioner to operate their private practice alongside an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. Professional fees are set by you and you keep the associated patient revenues for professional services provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate your private independent practice next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica
• Provide high-quality optometric care and services to your patients
• Set your own professional fee schedule
• Keep the associated patient revenues for professional services provided

Requirements

• Doctor of Optometry degree
• Current license to practice optometry in the state where you will be operating your practice
• Experience in optometry

• Professional autonomy to practice exactly as you decide
• No company-imposed restrictions, interference, or quotas
• Flexible practice arrangements and schedules including part-time commitments
• A furnished office and well-equipped exam lane(s) included in your rent agreement
• On-line appointment book and automated patient recall system

Pay

Your full scope independent practice is waiting. Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements.
