About the role

LensCrafters is bringing its optical retail experience to Macy’s department stores in the U.S. This is a great practice opportunity for an independent Doctor of Optometry. You operate your private independent practice alongside an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica.

Responsibilities

- Provide high-quality optometric care and services to your patients next to an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. - Decide your professional fee schedule and keep the associated patient revenues for professional services delivered. - Enjoy complete professional autonomy and no company-imposed restrictions, interference, or quotas. - Work in a flexible practice arrangement with options to add to an existing practice schedule.

Requirements

- Share a love for the customers we serve, the sense of sight, and the work we do. - Have a Doctor of Optometry degree. - Be licensed to practice optometry in California. - Possess a strong interest in providing exceptional eyewear and optometric care.

Qualifications

- Experience in independent optometry practice is preferred but not required. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Ability to manage a busy practice and maintain a positive patient experience.

Skills

- Proficiency in optometric procedures and technologies. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to build and maintain relationships with patients and colleagues.

Pay and Schedule

Pay range: $65/hr - $75/hr. Schedule options include part-time commitments and the ability to add to an existing practice schedule.

Initial Investment

Pay Range

$65/hr - $75/hr
