Responsibilities

- Operate your independent practice alongside an optical dispensary operated by Luxottica. - Decide your professional fee schedule and keep the associated patient revenues for professional services delivered. - Enjoy complete professional autonomy and no company-imposed restrictions, interference, or quotas. - Receive a furnished office and well-equipped exam lanes included in your rent agreement. - Access an online appointment book and automated patient recall system. - Benefit from an easy entry into your own practice with minimal financial risk or obligations. - Receive brand-supplied onboarding support from the start.

Requirements

- Doctor of Optometry degree. - Current license to practice optometry in California. - Experience in independent practice preferred but not required. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay & Schedule

Pay Range: $65/hr - $75/hr
