As the on-site clinical lead during your shift, you will guide care delivery, ensure quality standards, and be the steady, knowledgeable presence the team relies on. With a consistent partner working the opposite rotation, you'll enjoy a structured, balanced schedule while maintaining ownership of your shift and patient outcomes.Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current RN license in North Carolina
- Experience in a correctional setting preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Current CPR certification
