About the role
We are hiring licensed Independent Sales Agents across the United States to help individuals navigate Medicare coverage options through in-person interactions within their local area. This is a 1099 opportunity designed for self-driven professionals who want flexibility, uncapped income, and the ability to build long-term residual wealth—not just one-time commissions.
Responsibilities
- Build and grow your own book of business within your local area
- Meet with clients in person to help them navigate Medicare and choose the right coverage
- Develop relationships through networking, referrals, and local marketing
- Guide clients through the enrollment process and provide ongoing support
- Stay current on Medicare plans, certifications, and industry updates
- Operate within CMS and carrier guidelines
Requirements
- Active Health Insurance License (required)
- AHIP certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Sales experience preferred (commission-based experience strongly preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Comfortable conducting in-person client meetings
Qualifications
Compensation is a commission-based position with renewal income. Earnings are based on production.
