Primary Duties

• Supervise and participate in student activities, with an emphasis on developing independent living, leadership, interpersonal, and workplace-readiness skills.
• Provide mentoring, guidance, and positive behavioral support while helping maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive residential environment.
