Independent Home Health Aide Recruiter Contract

Responsibilities

• Recruit qualified Home Health Aides (HHA), Personal Care Aides (PCA), throughout Westchester County.
• Develop recruitment pipelines through community outreach, networking, referrals, social media, and local events.
• Build partnerships with workforce agencies, schools, community organizations, and healthcare training programs.
• Screens applicants to determine minimum qualifications.
• Guide candidates through the application process.
• Cook up interviews and onboarding appointments with the agency.
• Maintain regular communication with applicants to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track recruitment activities and candidate referrals.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, staffing, healthcare, sales, marketing, or business development is preferred.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Comfortable using email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media platforms.
• Reliable transportation for community outreach and recruiting events within Westchester County.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required.

Compensation

• 1099 Independent Contractor Competitive commission for each successful HHA, PCA, or CNA hire.
