About the Role
The Sponsorship & Sales Coordinator (Independent Contractor) supports sponsorship sales and execution, with a hands-on role in creating and updating visual assets such as decks, mockups, presentation materials, and social media posting assets (images and videos). This role works closely with internal teams to support research, coordination, and day-to-day execution, while helping ensure timely delivery of sponsorship programs across both on-site activations and digital campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Create and update sponsorship decks and visual materials with strong attention to design and layout
- Conduct research, case studies, and social media monitoring to support partnership initiatives
- Assist with preparation of materials and internal documentation as needed
Qualifications
- 1 to 2+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or a related field
- Strong proficiency in presentation and visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma)
- Strong research and social media monitoring skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Passion for K-pop and the K-entertainment industry
- Professional proficiency in Korean preferred
Pay
$800–$1,000 weekly (depending on experience)
