Responsibilities
- Build rapport with potential customers and confidently present our products in retail settings
- Hit and exceed monthly sales and appointment-setting goals
- Create territory sales forecasts and track performance
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities
- Collaborate across teams to ensure excellent customer experiences
- Travel up to 75% within your designated territory
Requirements
- Proven success in bedding industry or retail sales
- A self-motivated, goal-crushing mindset
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- The ability to manage time, follow through, and close deals
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must reside in Minnesota or Iowa
