City Wide Facility Solutions is the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, facilitating janitorial and more than 20 additional maintenance services for commercial facilities. We partner with independent contractors to help save time and solve problems for our clients in NW Ohio and the surrounding areas.
As an independent contractor in our network, you can focus on the work while we handle selling and collecting on accounts, helping your business grow and increasing your income.
Requirements
Independent contractors must provide the following:
- Valid Business License, LLC, or Incorporation
- Active Worker’s Compensation Insurance policy
- General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto Insurance
- Federal EIN #
- Verifiable references
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Favorable background investigation results
