City Wide Facility Solutions is the largest management company in the building maintenance industry, facilitating janitorial and more than 20 additional maintenance services for every client. We partner with independent contractors to help fulfill the needs of our clients, allowing you to focus on the work while we handle selling and collecting on accounts—helping your business grow and increasing your income.
Requirements
Independent contractors must provide the following:
- Valid Business License, LLC, or Inc.
- Worker’s Compensation Insurance
- General Liability Insurance and Non-Owned Auto Insurance
- Federal EIN #
- Verifiable references
- Minimum 18 years of age
- Favorable background investigation results
- You cannot be a sole proprietor
