Independent Assessor (Developmental Disabilities & Autism Services)
Primarily work from home with no evenings or weekends required and flexible scheduling.
About the role
As an Independent Assessor, you'll help individuals access valuable home and community-based services that promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life. You'll have the opportunity to work autonomously, build meaningful connections with families, and contribute to an important statewide program.
Responsibilities
- Conduct virtual and occasional in-person meetings with children and adults living with autism and developmental disabilities
- Interview family members, guardians, and caregivers
- Administer structured assessments
- Prepare professional reports and recommendations
- Help determine eligibility for services that support greater independence and community inclusion

Pay
Full-time position: $50,000 annual salary.

Requirements
- Professional or personal experience supporting people living with developmental disabilities or other disabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision
- A bachelor's degree
