Developmental Disability Assessor
Do you have experience supporting children or adults who are living with autism or developmental disabilities? If so, consider a full-time Independent Assessor position with Liberty Healthcare.
About the role
As an Independent Assessor, you will administer structured assessments to individuals. These assessments will be used to determine their eligibility for valuable home and community-based services which promote independence, wellbeing, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Lead video and in-person meetings with children and adults who are living with autism and developmental disabilities
- Interview family members, guardians, and caregivers
- Administer structured assessments
- Write reports and make recommendations
- Help determine eligibility for services that support greater independence and community inclusion
Work setting
- Primarily work remotely from your home office
- Periodically travel throughout the region for in-person meetings
- Travel requirements vary and are estimated to range from 10% to 25%
- Travel will primarily be in Lewiston, Moscow, and surrounding communities
Qualifications
- At least one year of professional or personal experience supporting people who are living with autism, developmental disabilities, or other disabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree
- Idaho residency
Relevant Experience

Pay and Benefits
- $50,000 annual salary
